Bali Reimagined – A Cultural, Spiritual & Soul-Stirring Journey Through Ubud, Manggis & Sanur
Arrive in Bali and step immediately into island serenity, greeted warmly by your guide who escorts you to your hotel in the lush heart of Ubud. This is the beginning of a journey that blends relaxation, ancient traditions, spiritual encounters, and authentic community experiences—crafted for travellers who want a deeper, more meaningful Bali.
Your cultural exploration begins with a rare experience: a traditional Indonesian tattoo heritage tour. Spend the afternoon walking through Ubud’s artistic backstreets, meeting a local shaman and tattoo artist, and learning about the spiritual significance and centuries-old tattooing techniques still practiced today. Pause at a cool farm-to-table café hidden in the creative quarter—a perfect blend of Bali’s old soul and new energy.
Enjoy a full free day in Ubud to relax or add optional experiences. Lounge by the infinity pool, indulge in a world-class spa treatment, or explore the bustling town center using the hotel’s shuttle. Every moment is yours to shape.
Next, you’ll dive into Bali’s agricultural heartbeat with a full day in Manggis, joining an organic farming community deeply rooted in sustainable traditions. Learn the philosophy behind Balinese farming, trek through scenic rice fields with local villagers, and enjoy a wholesome lunch harvested straight from the land. This is authentic Bali—warm, grounded, and profoundly connected to nature.
Your journey continues with time to relax in beachside Candidasa, where optional snorkelling in nearby Amed reveals thriving coral reefs and colourful marine life. Whether you explore or unwind by the sea, this day is designed to refresh the mind and spirit.
Travel from Candidasa to Sanur with a spectacular sightseeing route, including Bali’s most sacred spiritual icons: Besakih Temple, a majestic 23-temple complex on the slopes of Mount Agung, and the tranquil Tirta Gangga water palace, famous for its fountains, stone statues and reflection pools. These stops offer some of the most breathtaking photography spots in Bali.
Your final day brings a beautifully intimate cultural experience: a canang sari workshop in Sanur. Learn the meaning behind the daily offerings seen throughout Bali and create your own under the guidance of a local woman dedicated to preserving this sacred tradition. Dress in Balinese ceremonial attire and step into the spiritual rhythm of island life—an unforgettable, soulful closing to your journey.
